Compliance coordination
Our team collaborates with designated J1 Visa Sponsors and strictly adheres to all U.S. Department of State regulations, Department of Labor requirements for H-2B, and U.S. Consulate procedures for visa processing. Additionally, we engage experienced immigration lawyers to assist with H-2B petitions ensuring that every placement remains compliant and seamless.

Document support & pre-arrival onboarding
We handle all the paperwork - from DS-2019 issuance and sponsor liaison to visa preparation and U.S. Consulate requirements - and coordinate directly with immigration lawyers when needed. Candidates also receive full pre-arrival orientation on housing, travel, cultural expectations, and workplace policies. This combination reduces delays, ensures compliance, and prepares participants to succeed from day one.
