Our Story
At Global Career Bridge, we’re passionate about the transformative power of international exchange – it changes lives for both employers and participants! With over 25 years of dynamic experience in cultural exchange and hospitality, we’ve created GCB to connect driven talent from Europe with U.S. companies that celebrate skill, reliability, and cultural diversity. Our exciting journey began within the BridgeUSA programs where we witnessed the incredible impact of well-prepared interns, trainees, and seasonal staff on U.S. businesses. Over the years, we’ve teamed up with universities, visa, and hospitality leaders to pave the way for thousands of students and to gain invaluable professional experience while helping employers meet their staffing needs. Today, GCB operates on a straightforward, transparent host-company-paid model, ensuring employers know their costs upfront. Candidates cover their visa fees, airfare, and housing costs during the program, while our dedicated team manages every step from recruitment and screening to compliance, visa processing, and pre-arrival onboarding, making placements and worry-free.
